We established the supply chain of PAO in Southeast Asia including Indonesia and Malaysia and secured the innovative production technology to produce biodiesel from PAO. Therefore, we could establish the strong market entry strategy: i) biodiesel plant construction with the new technology, ii) biodiesel production from PAO from the established supply chain, and iii) export the biodiesel to EU advanced biofuel market with premium price. Now we are to construct the biodiesel plant of which the capacity is 300,000 metric ton per year in Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia. The plant will be located just beside the Sunda strait which is a key path in marine transportation of energy and chemicals in Southeast Asia. For the export of biodiesel to European countries, plant operation in this region gives the best logistical benefit.
